New Hampshire law dictates that any student between the ages of 6 and 18 by virtue of his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s), require children to attend some kind of formal schooling, in either a public, private, religious institution or home school setting.
Any parent(s) / legal guardian(s) planning to establish, terminate, or complete a home education program must provide a letter to the appropriate school district.
