Success on any instrument takes regular practice at home. Please help your child create a dedicated time and space for at-home instrument practice. The goal is AT LEAST 60 minutes per week. It is helpful to practice for around 15-20 minutes on a regular basis when starting out. Aim for 4-5 days a week of practice time, and engage your student by asking them what they are working on and if they could share something with you. As they take pride and ownership in their music making they will build their skills!
