Grade 4 and 5 Special Curriculum Math

Welcome to Mrs. Russell's Web page for the 2020-2021 school year!  I am so excited for the new school year. I teach Special Curriculum Math for Grades 4 and 5 as well provide Math Support services for Grades 1-5.  The 4th and 5th grade pull-out math program is a replacement math class for high-ability math students at South School. Our class meets daily in the Special Curriculum Room during each grade's scheduled math time.

Grade 4~11:05am-12:05pm

Grade 5~ 10:00am-11:10am

Homework

Homework is assigned most evenings. The learners are responsible for completing each assignment as it reinforces the concepts taught in class that day. Homework allows learners an opportunity to practice skills and allows me to check for understanding.
