Londonderry Teachers’ Academy is the district’s venue for providing professional development in the integration of technology across the curriculum.

Through after-school, early-release, release-time, and summer workshops, instruction of technology skills with a focus on integration are provided. Additionally, the district has developed some self-paced tutorials under the name of “Teachers’ Academy to Go.” “Point of need” and “just in time” training is also delivered as an alternative to more formal opportunities. There is an endeavor to model the integration of technology in other district initiatives including the Induction Institute, Reading in the Content Area and the Fourth Grade Research Model study.
