Welcome Students & Parents to Mrs. Poirier-Goodall's Class!
As part of the ACT Program, my classes are focused on my students' individual needs. My approach is to integrate functional math, reading, and life skills with real life activities. The students work on areas such as promoting independence at school and at home, cooking, community exploration, and funcational vocabulary to communicate their wants and needs. All of the ACT staff work as a cohesive team including Speech and Language and Occupational Therapy providing extra support to those students who need it most!
