Nurse Substitute position candidates need to click here to fill out an application and come to the District office between the hours of 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM with 2 original government issued forms of ID. (Examples are a Driver's License accompanied by a Social Security Card or Birth Certificate. A Passport on its own is also fine.) Please plan on spending time to fill out additional paperwork along with getting fingerprinted.
