    Item: Combination Walk-in Cooler/Freezer
    Combination Cooler/Freezer 15'11' x 9'8" x 8'6" high with Diamond Tread insulated floor, stucco alum. finish in & out, 2- 34 x 77 doors, Temp monitoring system, Heated pressure relief vent, Diamond tread kick plates both sides of doors, 2 heated vision windows, extra spring loaded hinge, 2 fluorescent 4' light fixtures, strip curtains,20 ga snow load roof with 1 way pitch, Vinyl roof cover. Refrigeration 2 HP pre-assembled remote winterized freezer system with cover, defrost timer, 208 3 phase, cooler 1 hp pre-assembled remote winterized system with cover, defrost timer, 208-1 . Condensors to site on walk in roof with plywood support pad below roof membrane.

    REFRIGERATION HOOK UP
    Refrigeration hook up including refrigeration lines, heated drain line, start-up & warranty.

    CONSTRUCTION/SITE WORK
    Installation of 16' x 10' pad with footings, 4' frost wall, dowel connection to foundation, 12" gravel base & 4" thick pad. Pad to be 4" below existing kitchen floor for smooth walk in entry. Cut door opening in existing wall 54"x 90" & add a steel lintel, rework 4 sides of opening for smooth finish. Flash opening to walk in & Counter flash membrane to building. Reuse existing loam, regrade, rake , hydroseed & fertilize. Dust control system will be used at door opening & site left cleaned & picked up.

    WIRING , PERMIT
    Owner to obtain town Building permit, complete all wiring & remove existing exterior faucet. Walk in will be approx 4' from Public Service 4' x 4' square utility station beside building.

    Dig safe to be contacted by contractor prior to digging for the foundation.
